As of today, City of Albuquerque is still issuing permits by phone and inspections will continue as normal. If there are any other updates we will post them as they become available.

Yesterday at 3:00 PM, Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham issued a public health order (Public Health Order 03-23-2020) pertaining to numerous business closures and limited activity for all citizens of New Mexico; Residential Construction was exempt from the order allowing for continued operations.
